Sherron Burgess - Biography

Sherron Burgess joined the BCD Travel organization in 2006 and currently serves as the Global Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. With a specialty in strategic vision and planning and program development, Sherron has led the roll out of BCD Travel’s Information Security Program in 100+ countries. Sherron has held certifications as a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Holistic Information Security Practitioner (HISP), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and ITIL certification.  Sherron holds a Bachelor of Arts from Siena College and a Masters of Science from Georgia Tech.
